Welcome to Quiet. Presenting the most effective technique for deep relaxation.

Our guided meditation sessions are based on a yogic therapy called Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is highly effective for deepening your meditation practice, treating PTSD, anxiety, depression, and insomnia, relieving back pain, achieving weight loss, and developing greater self-awareness and evenness of mind.

Yoga Nidra is utilized by spiritual aspirants and mental health professionals alike. The US Military recognizes it as the most effective treatment for veterans of war suffering from PTSD.

Our experienced teachers and practitioners ensure that the technique is easily understandable and implementable. Simply make yourself comfortable, press play, and follow the instructions.
